My gift is the ability to read minds and fool with them. Downside? I can't turn my gift off. So wherever I go and there are people, I'm always hearing their thoughts. Let me tell you, it can get really annoying. When you want some peace, you have to go to a completely secluded place. Well, there's always a price to pay.

Personality:

His sister calls him an idiot, and she'd be kind of right. Link has a smart brain, but does dumb stuff and is always cheerful. Doesn't matter where he is, he's always happy, and that tends to get on angrier peoples bad side, but he won't repent. He's quite laid-back, naturally in a happy way. Example; "Oh look, someone broke a window. Let's go find the culprit to play baseball together!" His immature personality just hides the fact that he's actually a sober, thoughtful individual underneath. His personality is at complete odds with his sister's, and thankfully he's quite forgiving, because she's gotten angry and hurt him on more occasions than one. But all he ever does is, "Wow! Look! Another new scar! Hooray! Isn't my sister amazing?" Some would call it a blind adoring love that he has, but it would be more accurate to say 'stupid overlooking relationship'. Link, unlike his sister, is not schizophrenic or crazy. Well, he might be slightly crazy in his job to smile and be happy all the time, but other than that, he's quite sane. A sane idiot.

Appearance:

Link has dark hair that just brushes his shoulders with it's uneven lengths. His eyes are a deep intense blue that seem like they're staring right through you, about the only similar characteristic he shares with his sister. Basically, they're complete polar opposites. Link's tall, with a lanky build, and tends to tower over most people. His face usually has an annyoingly cheerful expression on it, whatever's going on, be it a civil war or a teacher yelling at him. His eyebrows are upturned, and his eyes usually have a gleam in them. Some call it, 'the gleam of idiocity' and they'd probably be right.

History:

Link's parents weren't exactly caring. In fact, sometimes he thought they didn't even know he was alive. But that's okay. Like his sister, his power developped at an early age. Around the time he was four, he began hearing whispers wherever he went. At first, he wondered why no one was telling the people who were always talking to shut up, but then he realized it was all in his head. He could hear thoughts, and twist them around. When he found this out, he turned in to a happy idiot. Well, actually, he was a happy idiot before that, but he turned in to a happy idiot who knew exactly what to say at the right times and knew everything about you. When his parents gave him and his sister to foster homes, he wasn't too thrilled. But when he looked old enough, he faked a home adress and pretended he was older than he looked. He promised his favorite (and only) little sister that he'd come get her a week after, but by then, she had made a fatal move and had been sent to Hollowcove. Link followed.
